Refund Policy

This policy gives simple refund expectations for early PostNative customers.

Subscriptions

Monthly Pro subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing period. When a subscription is canceled or expires, future Pro access may be removed after Creem sends the related billing event.

Lifetime early access

Lifetime Early Access is intended as a one-time early supporter purchase. If something is materially broken or access was not granted after payment, contact support so the issue can be corrected or reviewed for a refund.

Refund requests

Refund requests should include the account email, payment date, and a short explanation. Creem may handle refund processing and tax-related payment records as merchant of record.

Abuse and misuse

Refunds may be declined for abuse, policy violations, chargeback misuse, or attempts to use the product as a spam, moderation evasion, or detection bypass tool.
