PostNative

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PostNative collects, why it is used, and how users can control saved rewrite history.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Information we collect

PostNative may collect your email address, login provider details, plan status, usage counts, payment identifiers, and rewrite history when history saving is enabled. Anonymous visitors may use a browser cookie for the free daily quota.

Rewrite history

Logged-in users can turn rewrite history saving on or off from the account page. When history saving is off, future rewrites still count toward quota, but the original draft and generated output are not stored.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. PostNative stores payment event metadata such as customer id, subscription id, plan, and event type so account access can be updated after checkout.

AI processing

Submitted drafts are sent to the configured AI model provider to generate scores and rewrite suggestions. Do not paste passwords, private keys, confidential contracts, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
